## Summary

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office intends to procure daily cleaning services for the British High Commission offices in Bridgetown, Barbados. The work is to be carried out during working hours and is intended to maintain the quality and integrity of the office and embassy space. If you are a supplier that can supply this service, you can contact us via AME.Procurement2@fcdo.gov.uk to express interest of participation.
The purpose of this communication will be to formally notify suppliers of the Authority’s intention to commence a competitive procurement process, provide indicative timelines, and encourage participation.
Suppliers contacted directly will also be provided with guidance on how to register on the Authority’s e-procurement platform (Jaggaer), which will be used to manage the forthcoming tender process and all associated communications.
