## Summary

Peabody Trust is seeking suppliers for pest control and hygiene services at its sites and those of the Peabody Community Foundation in London. The procurement is split into two lots. Pest control covers planned, preventative and reactive treatment and management of rodents, insects, birds and other pests, including monitoring, reporting and related pest management. Hygiene services cover the provision, servicing and management of products and equipment, including feminine hygiene units, male incontinence bins, nappy disposal units, air fresheners, vending units and other washroom hygiene products. The estimated gross value is £300,000 for pest control and £180,000 for hygiene services. For each lot, evaluation gives 60% to quality, 20% to social value and 20% to price.

Peabody is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, so established delivery experience and the ability to meet service and reporting requirements are relevant strengths. The separate lots allow specialists to compete for their area without taking on both service lines. Quality and social value together account for most of the evaluation, alongside price.
