The Council is considering a period of 10 years for the initial term of the Contract, with the ability to extend by a further 5 years. This PME notice is issued solely for preliminary market engagement purposes and does not constitute a call for competition. Proposition The Council launched the Aylesbury Investment Prospectus at UKREiiF in May 2026, setting out its vision and ambition for Aylesbury Town Centre. A copy of the Prospectus is published alongside the PME documents. Through the proposed partnership, the Council intends to facilitate the transformation of key town centre assets, supporting long-term economic growth, investment, and regeneration within Buckinghamshire's county town.",
