In reaching its decision, the Health Board considered the relevant basic selection criteria and key criteria under the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. The provider has demonstrated satisfactory delivery of the previous contract and is considered capable of delivering the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. The provider has established knowledge of the service requirements and care pathways and is well placed to support the continued delivery of bowel cancer screening services.
