## Summary

Belfast Harbour is seeking a contractor to extend its existing Operations Engineering Workshop and create a replacement Port Operations Control Centre. The three-storey extension will include office accommodation and staff welfare facilities, together with associated site works. The approximate gross internal area is 1,155 square metres.
