## Summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is planning a smart metering programme covering water meters, meter reading, and the repair and maintenance of water meters. It is intended to support customer, operational and environmental outcomes across Thames Water’s water network. Delivery is expected across London and the South East of England. The programme covers the remainder of AMP 8 and extends beyond it.
