Following review, the Health Board has confirmed there are no current plans to replace the equipment during the proposed contract term and therefore a maintenance arrangement remains necessary. The requirement has been reviewed against the available procurement routes, and it has been determined that the proposed approach will be progressed via a Single Tender Action (STA), supported by the completion and approval of the relevant STA Form. The proposed route provides the appropriate mechanism to procure the required services in accordance with the applicable procurement requirements and the organisation's established governance and approval processes.",
