## Summary

Denbighshire County Council is seeking a supplier for its Minor Adaptation Partnership, a home adaptation and installation service intended to help people remain safe in their own homes and communities and reduce the need for more intensive health and care support. Work may include fitting handrails and stair rails in different sizes and materials, doorsteps, key safes and bathroom adaptations. It supports individuals to remain safely in their own homes and communities, reducing the need for escalating health and care interventions. The project also contributes to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 by supporting prevention, integration, collaboration and long-term sustainability of services.
