## Summary

Southend-on-Sea City Council is considering an open framework for the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of stairlifts and specialist lifts, including through-floor and step lifts (lift installation work, CPV 45313100). The service would support disabled and older residents in Council, housing association and privately owned homes.
