The purpose is to support safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing. The requirement is divided into five regional areas: North Wales, Mid Wales, South Wales, West Wales (South Dyfed) and South Wales (North Dyfed). Suppliers can focus on the area or areas they serve. The service will form a key part of WWH's commitment to providing safe, comfortable and well-maintained homes for residents. The Supplier shall be responsible for the supply, delivery and installation of flooring materials together with all associated measuring, floor preparation, finishing works and waste removal necessary to achieve a complete installation in accordance with this Specification.
