Greyfriars's Project Principal Designer - Cultural Hub - Greyfriars 2 * Deliver a sustainable design that is accessible, high-quality regeneration scheme that meets the vision for Greyfriars * Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, CDM 2015, planning conditions and accessibility standards * Ensure full integration with planning consultant on the final planning application relating to the cultural hub and former pavilion bowling green 3.0 Key Responsibilities 3.1 Handover from RIBA 3 to RIBA 4 - Transition Notes * Ensure full clarity, continuity, and legal/regulatory compliance as we move from the current design team to the new Principal Designer. * Manage the formal transition of the project from the outgoing design team, who have now reached completion of RIBA Stage 3 (Spatial Coordination), to the new Architect / Principal Designer, who will assume full responsibility for delivering RIBA Stages 4 (Technical Design), 5 (Construction), and 6 (Handover & Closeout). * Our priority is to preserve all agreed design decisions, planning permissions, budget alignment, and stakeholder commitments -- while ensuring a seamless handover with no gaps in information, compliance, or accountability.\"",
