The service is intended for allegations involving Professional Standards Unit staff, directors or senior leadership team members, cases where there is a perceived conflict of interest, and matters that the Professional Standards Unit cannot handle because of capacity. The Unit will continue to manage other misconduct complaints as usual. This is a staff reporting and telephone-answering service (CPV 79510000), delivered for the London Fire Brigade in London. The presumptive winning bidder will need to complete a cyber security questionnaire. ## Notice The London Fire Brigade are seeking an external reporting line, operated by an independent third -party provider, to provide staff with an additional route for reporting concerns relating to misconduct i.e. discrimination, bullying and harassment.
