## Summary

South Downs National Park Authority is seeking a single supplier to provide design, engineering and construction support for rural access infrastructure. The work covers new access paths, including Centurion Way and Egrets Way; improvements to existing paths, including the South Downs Way National Trail; and schemes identified in the Active Travel Network Plan. Services span architectural and landscape design, structural engineering, civil engineering quantity surveying and contract administration. Delivery is across the South Downs National Park. The framework is intended to support the Authority’s ongoing access projects, from design through construction support, rather than a single path scheme. The requirement is classified as services and combines multidisciplinary professional advice with practical project delivery support for rural access infrastructure.

The procurement reached tender: the Authority invited shortlisted suppliers to submit offers through a two-stage competitive flexible procedure, following a participation and pre-qualification stage.
