The stated SME suitability means smaller suppliers may also find the opportunity relevant. ## Notice The National Library of Wales is seeking to appoint a single service provider to deliver an online family history service as part of the National Digital Library Service, for Welsh public libraries, archives and museums and the employees of Welsh libraries, archives and museums, and individuals who are registered users of Welsh public libraries, archives and museums. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: The successful tenderer will be required to commence provision of the Service on 1 April 2027. Following the Initial Term, this contract shall automatically renew for two (2) successive one year terms, (with the right to give 30 days' notice at the end of each term) and up to a maximum of two (2) additional one year Renewal Terms, unless either party provides the other with at least thirty (30) days written notice to terminate, in which case the Contract shall terminate on the expiry of the existing term.
