The service is intended to meet the council’s statutory housing duties. Delivery is in Norwich, across two lots: family temporary accommodation for households of two to six people, and supported temporary accommodation for single people with complex needs. Both lots require accommodation that is already operating. The family lot requires a minimum of 10 to 12 units; the single-person lot requires a minimum of 24 to 30 units.
