Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8 working days. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. On the 24th of August 2026 the ICB's Director of Finance and Contracting approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 20% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 20% Quality and innovation: 30% Representations by providers must be made to claire.tyghe@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
