Due to the unique, niche and manufacturer specific nature, no alternative supplier can maintain or service the system. A change to an alternative supplier would be disproportionate and require redesign and significant alteration to the training building. For this reason, a direct award to DA Technologie Limited is required to ensure continuity, safety compliance, technical compatibility and building integrity. This contract will be in place for the life of the system and for the purposes of the transparency notice will have a term of 10 years.",
