## Summary

Tai Tarian Ltd is seeking suppliers for a tipping and waste disposal services framework. The work covers receiving, transporting, treating, recycling and/or disposing of the waste streams covered by the contract, including operation of waste sites and refuse disposal and treatment (CPV 90510000). Services are to be delivered in the Neath Port Talbot and Swansea areas of Wales. The framework is intended to provide Tai Tarian with waste management services through suppliers appointed to deliver call-off contracts. The requirement is a single lot and is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community and social enterprises.

Appointed providers will need the operational capacity to supply services under call-off contracts and to report performance against key performance indicators in weekly summary sheets. Tai Tarian will monitor those measures at monthly or quarterly progress meetings; persistent or regular failure to meet the required KPI threshold over three months may lead to termination of a call-off contract.
