## Summary

Historic England is seeking a cloud-based applicant tracking system to replace its current recruitment solution and support recruitment and talent attraction from application through hiring. The service must handle both high-volume and specialist recruitment, with straightforward experiences for candidates and hiring managers. It should support inclusive and accessible recruitment, reporting and analytics, integration with key HR systems, workflow management and automation, and talent pooling.
