The potential service is cloud infrastructure management and technical support, including on-call customer support. It is a services requirement, with delivery in the United Kingdom. Responses and any questions should also be directed via the portal. Please do not submit bids or go above and beyond the requirements in the RFI. We will endeavour to review all responses carefully before considering our next steps.
