This ensures that the learning is both relevant and targeted to specific areas of individual need, whilst covering the full range of potential learning needs across all levels of leaders and managers. An expert specialist learning and development supplier is required to undertake the ongoing development and finalisation of the modules, initially in relation to Stage 1 and Stage 2 leaders and managers.
