## Summary

London Metropolitan University is seeking external graphic design agencies to join a multi-supplier roster, providing additional creative expertise, specialist support and capacity alongside its in-house team. Work spans marketing, communications, student recruitment and engagement, events, and internal and external stakeholder activity. Assignments range from day-to-day artwork and smaller design tasks to campaign concepts, publications, digital assets, event materials, recruitment collateral and brand development, including larger strategic and flagship projects. The contract period is scheduled to run from 15 February 2027 to 14 February 2030, with an option to renew extending the maximum period to 14 February 2031. ## Notice

1.1 The University regularly requires creative design support across a wide range of marketing, communications, recruitment, student engagement, events, and internal and external stakeholder activity. 1.2 While some design provision is delivered in-house, the University requires a roster of external design agencies to provide additional expertise, capacity and specialist support. This will enable the University to deliver a range of design projects across different budgets, timescales and formats, while maintaining quality, consistency and alignment with London Metropolitan University's brand. 1.3 The appointed agencies will support both day-to-day design requirements and larger strategic or flagship projects. This may include small-scale design and artwork tasks, campaign creative, publications, digital assets, event materials, student recruitment collateral and brand development work.
