## Summary

Codi Group Ltd is seeking a digital customer engagement platform to support its customer influence framework. The online platform will let the group involve customers in influencing its business through a range of online methods. The requirement combines software and related IT services. Delivery is across Swansea, South West Wales and Mid Wales. This is a single-lot procurement, suited to small and medium-sized businesses as well as voluntary, community and social enterprises.

Codi Group invited offers through a below-threshold open competition. The procurement reached tender, with bids due by 25 November 2026 at 14:00 UTC and enquiries due by 20 November 2026 at 14:00 UTC. The contract is planned to run from 4 January 2027 to 22 December 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions and a possible end date of 22 December 2030. The estimated value is £200,000 excluding VAT (£240,000 including VAT). Quality carries 60% of the evaluation weighting and price 40%. Selection requirements are set out in the tender documents. Bids may be submitted electronically through the stated e-tendering service.

The opportunity is aimed at suppliers able to provide a digital platform and the associated IT services to support online customer engagement. Suppliers should be able to deliver a range of online methods for gathering customer input and help Codi Group use that input to influence its business. The requirement is accessible to SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises, and is a single lot rather than divided into separate work packages. The evaluation gives greater weight to quality than price, so a strong offer will need to demonstrate the platform’s suitability for customer engagement and the quality of the proposed service, alongside competitive pricing. The tender documents contain the selection requirements for suppliers.
