The work is intended to meet animal welfare needs, including suitable travel times and emergency access. Services are sought from providers based within approximately 15 miles of Hull, where the animals will be cared for. The procurement is at the planning stage; the council has stated its intention to procure, but this is not an invitation to tender. The council expects to use a framework agreement. The planned market-engagement session is intended to explain the project’s requirements, aims and procurement timetable. ## Notice Hull City Council are inviting suppliers to express their interest in delivering in Temporary Kennelling and Animal Care Services for small animals such as dogs and cats. The Authority is seeking suppliers up a radius of approximately 15 miles from Hull to ensure animal welfare considerations are met including travel time and emergency access.
