## Summary

City & County of Swansea is seeking a contractor to renew the roofs and install photovoltaic (solar) panels at four properties: 75, 77, 79 and 81 Gwynfor Road, Cockett, Swansea. The works combine roof replacement with solar-panel installation, and include associated roof and insulation work. The delivery site is in Swansea. This is a single works package covering all four addresses, rather than separate lots.
