The work brings together elements previously contracted separately. It includes software and IT support, information security and ongoing development of the identity assurance service. The contract will be for a service transition and implementation period of up to 3 months, followed by an initial period of 3 years from service commencement, with two further options to extend by up to 1 year each. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the requirements of this contract. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional service days for the purposes of development and continuous improvement. It is expected that up to 3 new services will be on boarded to NIDA each year. The number of new accounts associated with each new onboarding is variable but can range from between 50 and 1000 new accounts per month.
