The supplier must provide the hardware required to deliver the video recording and storage solution across South Kensington, Young V&A, Park Royal and Dean Hill Park. Software provision must include the Genetec device software licences and associated software support licenses required for the migrated cameras and supporting devices for a 12-month period. Where Cloudlink hardware is provided, the scope must also include the SaaS services required to support its operation as part of the Genetec solution. Professional services must include building and configuring the hardware, as required, and installing the solution across all four sites. The supplier must configure the Genetec software application and integrate the cameras and supporting devices into the recording and storage platform, ensuring that all devices within the migration scope work together and operate in accordance with the V&A's surveillance standards. This includes verifying device connectivity, video recording and surveillance management through Genetec.
