The contract will require the successful contractor to provide both planned and responsive maintenance services, including a fully operational 24-hour emergency call-out service, 365 days per year, to ensure the continued safety, compliance, reliability, and operational performance of the Council's estate. Services will include fault diagnosis, repairs, statutory testing, condition-based maintenance, lifecycle replacement activities, and measured term works. The Council is seeking a contractor that can demonstrate strong technical expertise across all service disciplines, experience of delivering multi-site maintenance contracts, effective contract and supply chain management arrangements, robust mobilisation and business continuity planning, and access to appropriately qualified and competent personnel.
