3. Complete and submit the Early Market Engagement Questionnaire (PQQ) within the Jaggaer - PQQ_2114 by the deadline stated above.
All communications and clarification questions must be submitted through the messaging facility within PQQ_2114. Responses may be shared with all interested suppliers to ensure a fair and transparent process.
