Entrance Barrier Maintenance The required economic operator must have experience in repairing the following entrance barrier types including: - Roller shutter doors - Vertical rising arm barrier systems - Sliding gate barrier systems - Pneumatic arm gate contols - Key access bollard access control systems - Door release magnetic entrance systems The successful economic operator will be required to obtain and programme a range of remote control access management controllers for the association including; - Fobs - Swipe cards - Electronic button push - Digital card readers The successful economic operator will be required to provide a 30-minute response time period when requested by the association carry out a CCTV download or carry out maintenance to any of the access control barriers shown above in any location in Northern Ireland. Full, suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments and Procedural Instructions will be required on award of any contract.
