## Summary

The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) intends to establish an agreement for supplying fuels to public sector organisations across the United Kingdom. The anticipated range includes heating oil, road vehicle fuel, marine and aviation fuel, biomass fuels and liquefied petroleum gas. GCA is also considering related products and services, including lubricants and greases, fuel additives, tank cleaning and maintenance, fuel testing, and tank metering and telemetry. The planned agreement covers a broad, potentially substantial range of public sector demand over several years, so suppliers should consider whether they can support requirements at that scale and across the stated fuel categories. Small and medium-sized enterprises are identified as suitable for the planned lot, although the buyer has not yet settled the final lot structure. No specific accreditations or experience requirements have been stated.
