The event will provide further information about the proposed service and give organisations an opportunity to contribute to its development. Organisations wishing to attend must register in advance by emailing planningandprocurement@eastriding.gov.uk. The email should include the organisation's name, attendee name, email address and telephone number. Further details, including arrival instructions, will be provided to registered attendees. Participation in this market engagement exercise is entirely voluntary and will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement activity. The Council reserves the right not to proceed with any future procurement following this engagement exercise.",
