    "description": "NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to support a second phase of market engagement in relation to the proposed commissioning of a system-wide Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention and Optimisation Service. The ICB has progressed the programme since the first market engagement event in July 2026. A proposed delivery model, activity assumptions and service requirements have been developed. This second event will update the market, test the emerging approach before procurement documentation is finalised, and give potential providers time to form the partnerships needed to deliver an integrated pathway at scale. This in an invitation to a face to face market engagement event to be held on Friday 27th November commencing at 10.00 am in the Rose Mead Room, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX To book a place please email nsicb.procurement@nhs.net and further information will be provided. For the avoidance of doubt, this information is NOT available on the Norfolk and Suffolk ICB website. This PIN is not a call for competition and does not formally commence a procurement process. Participation in the event will not confer any advantage in a future procurement, and non-participation will not preclude an organisation from taking part in any subsequent competition.",
