The supplier will work in partnership with the organisation to deliver the event in line with its vision, objectives and agreement requirements. This is a major mass-participation event service (CPV 79952000). The event normally takes place in October. Delivery is in the United Kingdom; the notice identifies London in describing the opportunity. The service covers the full event lifecycle, from planning and design through production and on-the-ground operations, rather than a single standalone event task. Quality carries greater evaluation weight than price. ## Notice TRP is seeking to procure a Contract for appointment of an Event Service Provider to deliver the Royal Parks Half Marathon Event . The Services are light touch services, and as such the Contract is a light touch contract for the purpose of the Act. The Event Service Provider shall have the capability to deliver a major mass-participation event and work in partnership with TRP to deliver the Event. The RPHM Event normally takes place on the second Sunday of October. The Event Service Provider shall deliver the Services, including the planning, design, production and operational delivery of the RPHM Event, working collaboratively with TRP to achieve the Event Vision, Event Objectives and the requirements of the Agreement.
