## Summary

Advance Housing and Support is seeking contractors to repair and maintain its homes. The work covers responsive repairs, including emergency and out-of-hours call-outs; repairs to empty properties between tenancies; and planned maintenance and replacement of building components on an ad hoc basis. This is a building repair and maintenance works contract, covering building installations (CPV 50700000). The requirement is divided into nine geographical areas: Lincolnshire, Nottingham and Derbyshire; Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland; Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London; “Leaves”, Hampshire and East Dorset; Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire; Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and North Somerset; Staffordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands; Devon and Cornwall; and South Somerset, West Dorset and Wiltshire. Each area has the same service requirements.

Advance Housing and Support invited offers through an open procedure. The tender deadline set was 30 November 2026 at 12 noon, and the deadline for enquiries was 19 November 2026 at 12 noon. The initial contract term runs from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032, with a possible two-year extension by mutual agreement, up to 31 March 2034. The stated value for the initial five-year term is £16,830,198 excluding VAT (£20,196,238 including VAT). The procurement has nine geographical lots; bidders may bid for any number but can be awarded no more than two. Evaluation is weighted 60% for quality and 40% for price.
