SA1 has become a fully integrated mixed-use development comprising the renovating of existing and the construction of new commercial, residential, retail and leisure facilities. Green areas such as the new Technium and Ice House Squares and public art provide a vibrant and attractive environment in which to live, work or visit. The next phases of construction will include the provision of further site infrastructure, new highways, upgrading of existing highways, drainage and public realm, footway/cycleway bridge, culverts, landscaping and maritime related works.
