The nightly rate quoted is inclusive of bills. This covers water, gas, electric and council tax. The Provider agrees to manage and pay for these expenses. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) model provides flexibility both for the Council and Providers as new Providers can, having met the inclusion and selection criteria, join the DPS throughout its duration. It will remain open for a period of 4 years and there is no limit to the number of Providers included on it. Any Provider that is unsuccessful when applying to join may reapply at any time.
