Please note that Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) and Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) may join the DPS as a collaborative mechanism to secure the services in the future however nothing in notice constitutes a commitment by TCBC or MCC to enter into any purchases under the DPS Agreement.
