The roof is pitched at 10 degrees and comprises two areasperpendicular to each other, separated by a valley gutter. Two vertical gables are present.The proposed works include:* Scaffold edge protection and work platform to building perimeter;* Removal of external layer of profiled steel cladding panels from the roof covering;* Removal of existing quilt insulation;* Installation of new profiled roof cladding panels;* Installation of new quilt insulation;* Installation of new valley gutter;* Lining of existing gutters with Plygene material; and* Formation of flashings to perimeter of smoke vents
