## Summary

The procurement process titled "NRW Land Management Framework 2022" is conducted by Natural Resources Wales, a government-sponsored body located in Cardiff, UK. This open procedure is currently at the Award stage, having been initiated on 12 January 2022. It focuses on environmental protection services across various locations in Wales, particularly aimed at the management and maintenance of NRW-managed lands and facilities. The contracts under this framework cover activities such as maintenance, installation, and repair across diverse areas including forestry and recreational sites. The deadline for tenders was 6 July 2021, and the contract value for each lot is set at £4,000,000.

This tender presents significant opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in land management, environmental services, and maintenance works. Businesses that specialise in forestry management, landscaping, and civil engineering would be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. Given that 53 bids were received for various lots, the competitive nature of this tender may encourage collaborations among suppliers to enhance service offerings while leveraging local knowledge and expertise across Wales.
