## Summary

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust, is currently engaged in a public procurement process titled "National Collaborative Framework for Adult MH LD & CAMHS Hospital Services." This initiative sits within the healthcare industry category and is taking place in Wales and the Isle of Man. Currently at the planning stage, the tender seeks to establish a framework of qualified service providers to improve mental health services, and the responses are expected by 6th January 2025 for appointments effective from 1st April 2025.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in mental health and learning disability services, particularly those capable of providing high-quality, compliant patient care facilities. Companies able to demonstrate financial robustness and a clear understanding of the specific community benefits required will be well positioned to compete. With various aspects of the contract open to periodic refreshes over a four-year duration, businesses can adapt and submit proposals that enhance their service offerings, contributing to their growth within a vital public sector market.
