## Summary

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Procurement Services, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust, has initiated a public procurement process for the provision of an Out of Hours Community Crisis Support Centre for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). This tender, suitable for organisations within the health sector, focuses on delivering mental health support services in the East Area. The service aims to offer a supportive environment for individuals experiencing mental distress, outside regular service hours, aligning with the Crisis Care Concordat. The procurement method is open, with the deadline for tender submission set for 26 August 2021. The contract, valued at £240,000, is to be awarded during the same period.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses specialising in mental health services, community support, and health crisis intervention. Companies with experienced, accredited staff who can deliver high-quality, supportive care are well-suited for this tender. As the contract prioritizes service quality and mental health resilience, providers focused on promoting independent living and working closely with existing mental health services will find this an excellent opportunity to expand their offerings and contribute to community health improvements.
