## Summary

The Centre for Digital Public Services, based in Cardiff, is currently at the award stage of a public procurement process titled "Invitation to Tender: CDPS Digital Skills and Capability". This tender, classified under the education and training services industry, seeks a delivery partner to develop a bespoke learning programme aimed at enhancing digital skills for leaders and teams across various organisations in the Welsh public sector. The winning bid in this open procurement method was awarded to This Is Milk Ltd for a contract valued at £73,525. The contract was signed on 3rd December 2021 and is active for an initial period of six months, with an option to extend in the future. The procurement is outlined under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in digital education and training services, particularly those with expertise in user-centred design and agile methodologies. Companies that can demonstrate the ability to co-create tailored training content and support the cultural transformation within public services in Wales would be well-positioned to compete. The emphasis on developing digital skills across central government, health, and local authorities suggests that suppliers with experience in crafting bespoke learning solutions for diverse organisational contexts will find this opportunity particularly appealing. Engaging successfully in this process could enable businesses to expand their profiles and contribute effectively to the digital transformation initiatives within the Welsh public sector.
