These children may present with a multitude of behavioural challenges which can be detrimental to a child's placement. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Cwm Taf Morgannwg region wish to invite to tender, an independent or third sector agency to provide a regional specialist Multi-Agency Permanence Support Service for therapy intervention, to be known as the MAPSS Therapy service, to children who are looked after (CLA), those children with a plan for and post adoption, who have the most complex needs emotional and behavioural needs, where there is historic placement breakdown.
