## Summary

Carmarthenshire County Council has completed a procurement process for the "Wales Pension Partnership Private Markets Investments," focusing on services within the public sector. Located in Carmarthen, UK, this procurement was implemented through a competitive procedure with negotiation. The process, initiated in 2021, culminated with contract awards on 1st April 2022, involving significant funding of approximately £15 million for multiple investment roles, including Private Debt Investments Allocator and Infrastructure Investments Allocator. The official tendering period concluded on 5th November 2021.

This opportunity presents substantial growth potential for businesses involved in private credit and infrastructure investments, particularly those with expertise in developing private market sub-funds. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) would be well-suited to compete, especially those that can demonstrate a proven track record in asset management and investment fund allocation. Companies looking to broaden their portfolio in public sector investments and those ready to collaborate with local government pension funds may find this tender particularly advantageous.
