South Wales Police, Gwent Police , Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are looking to implement live video streaming into our contact centres, such that members of the public can be sent a link to a smart device and stream live from the scene.We are seeking suitable potential suppliers to attend a virtual supplier day that will consist of a 30-minute appointment with representatives from the police and the fire services on November 10th for pre-market engagement to develop our understanding of the market and the solutions available .The sessions will consist of a 20-minute presentation and 10-minute Question and answer session.The presentation should include but not limited to the following information:* Overview of the product* Road map for future development* Police and fire services specific use cases of the product in an operational and non-operational setting.If you are interested please email swp-procurement@south-wales.police.uk by the 8th of November with the subject title 'VET-Supplier Day' The sessions will be conducted through Teams.Please note this is for pre-market engagement only to help the organisations above gain more knowledge of the market and products available.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=115420.
