The building is ready for refurbishment but taking into account the frequency with which it suffers flood, a different approach has been considered. The proposal is to demolish the existing toilet block and then construct a new Public Convenience facility with an FFL of 2.21m consisting of two unisex WC's and one accessible WC accessed via steps and a lift.
