This needs to include a mezzanine floor as per the drawing. This is to also include concrete foundations, doors, including fire doors, electrical works and a 36.5kW solar panel array on the new roof as shown on the drawings by Arwel Davies & Co.This contract needs to include further work to convert existing steel framed building of 24m length and 4.2m height. This will be done by removal of existing cladding, guttering and 2 roller shutter doors. Following this, the fitting of new guttering, cladding and 2 Personnel Fire Exit Doors to the existing building needs to be completed.This existing building will require new 9mm polyurethane flooring throughout (540 square metres) and a coved skirting of 135 linear metres.
