The closing date of the tender is at 12:00:00 (noon) of Wednesday the 2nd of March 2022. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Cardiff's own version of TOMs will be applied to this project. Social Value will weigh 10% of the overall tender rating. The Social Value criteria will be provided in the tender documents.
