This will require:Reviewing data on applications for HMOs;Reviewing application decisions and appeal decisions;Reviewing the current policies and supplementary planning guidance in place;Speaking with relevant ward members to acquire an understanding of the local issues raised with regard to HMOs;Speaking with other stakeholders, including planning officers, environmental health officers and HMO landlords.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
